Event Theme and Location

Long River Walk

The site of the White Horse Soapbox is below an Iron age Hill Fort, an early example of Historical Engineering. The ridged defences would have protected the round houses, granaries and stores of inhabitants 2,000 years ago.

The event will be held at the White Horse Equestrian Centre, Long River Farm Ba13 3ED. There will be live music, engineering and craft stalls, and load more!

Team Themes

Every White Horse Soapbox Team will be asked to follow a ‘Historical Engineering’ theme when decorating their vehicle.

This can range anywhere from Viking Ships to the Pyramids. As long as it’s Historical Engineering, It works!
