The White Horse Soapbox Derby, one of Wiltshire’s most exciting and award-winning community events, is thrilled to announce a new five-year partnership with Landmarc Solutions, in collaboration with Westbury Town Council. This partnership ensures Landmarc Solutions will play a pivotal role in delivering the much-anticipated annual event alongside Westbury Town Council, starting with the next Derby on Saturday, 17th May 2025. 

The White Horse Soapbox Derby has gained widespread acclaim for its innovative approach to blending STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) learning with an exhilarating, family-friendly event. Over the years, it has not only provided a platform for young engineers and innovators to showcase their talents but has also brought the community together for a day of music, food, drink and racing atop the Westbury White Horse. 

Landmarc Solutions, based in Westbury and renowned for safe, sustainable training solutions for the Armed Forces, will bring its expertise and resources to enhance the event’s impact. The partnership will amplify the Derby’s mission to inspire future generations through engaging educational opportunities and becoming the biggest and best event of its type in the South of England.

The White Horse Soapbox Derby has previously been recognized with accolades for its outstanding Engineering in Schools impact, and with this partnership, it’s poised to continue its tradition of excellence.
